Pauline Vargas is the visionary founder of Designed by Sisterhood and the Designed by Sisterhood Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. With a passion for intentional spaces and meaningful relationships, Pauline has built a thriving ecosystem where women are encouraged to grow personally and professionally. 

Through creating opportunities, workshops, events, and shared experiences, Designed by Sisterhood is a community-driven platform focused on connection, personal growth, and professional development through events, conversations, and shared experiences.

The Designed by Sisterhood Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operates independently and is dedicated to philanthropic initiatives that support and uplift women through education, access, and community-based impact.

Pauline’s work across both entities is rooted in helping women feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive, while honoring balance, purpose, and authenticity.

Elsi Pacheco

Elsi Pacheco is a bilingual (Spanish and English) New York native who designs websites that position experts as the leaders they are, credible, strategic, and aligned with the brands they're building through visibility, digital growth, and event-driven marketing. From teen mom to Global Marketing Director, she now helps experts design websites and digital strategies that position them as industry leaders. With over 20 years in hospitality, marketing, and web design, Elsi has driven 79% increases in website traffic, doubled social media engagement, and completed over 200 projects for clients ranging from attorneys, doctors, nonprofits, to celebrity event planners.
